PICCADILLY PARK WELLNESS

I was approached to begin creating a concept for a wellness residence, similar to models of Lifetime Fitness. This wellness residence would include dedicated housing, medical offices for outpatient, fitness centers, and a health-conscious grocery and pharmacy.

The design inspiration for this would be Roaring Twenties inspired, as the neighborhood where this would be located is one that was at its peak of popularity during that time. Architecture would be heavily influenced by Art Deco design, and they needed a brand to meld with that without coming off dated.
